After 26 years with De Facto, last week we said goodbye to Rachael, as she leaves the business to take on a new role.
During her time with the company, Rachael has played an important role in the growth and development of De Facto, particularly within our customer support function. As Client Support Manager, she has helped shape the department into the highly regarded team it is today, establishing the standards, processes, and culture that continue to support our customers every day.
Many of our customers will have worked with Rachael directly over the years. Her knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer service have been valued by both colleagues and customers alike, with the quality of support provided by the team regularly recognised in customer feedback.
Having joined De Facto in 1999, Rachael has seen the business evolve significantly over the last 26 years. Throughout that time, she has made a substantial contribution to the company and has supported countless customers as their businesses and systems have developed.
We would like to thank Rachael for everything she has contributed to De Facto and wish her every success in the next stage of her career.
Looking Ahead
As Rachael begins a new chapter, we are pleased to share that Liam has stepped into the role of Client Support Manager.
Having already played a key role within the department, Liam brings extensive experience and knowledge of both our solutions and our customers. We are confident he will continue building on the strong foundations already in place and lead the team successfully into the future.
Congratulations to Liam on his promotion, and thank you once again to Rachael for her contribution over the last 26 years.
If you would like to send any well wishes to Rachael, please get in touch, and we will be delighted to pass them on.
